TKH Design, Inc., the manufacturer of the Courtclean® Damp Mop System, guarantees that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products specifically bearing the Courtclean® trademark, trade name, or product identification logo. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, alterations, acts of nature, improper handling, transportation, storage, use, or unauthorized repairs. In the event of a covered defect within the one-year period, TKH Design, Inc. will either repair or replace the product free of charge, upon its return during the warranty period.
