Refunds:

Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. No returns will be accepted of used items. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to make a damaged package claim. UPS will then inspect the package and pay us for the damages at which point we can refund you.

All returns or exchange must be new, used and in the original packaging.
